1. Seller and scope
SmartPOSapp is part of Masto Holding B.V. These terms apply to our own software and hardware supplies. Your quotation, order confirmation and signed agreement specify your package and individual arrangements. Mandatory consumer rights always remain applicable.
For a QR order, house-account invoice or admission ticket, the venue or organiser named on the order or payment screen is the seller. SmartPOSapp supplies the technology, not the meal or event. Contact that seller about delivery, cancellation or refunds; its own sales terms apply.
2. Orders, prices and payment
Check the products, delivery address and total before paying. Amounts are in euros. The price display indicates whether VAT is included; checkout shows VAT, delivery charges and any other agreed costs before payment.
Your order confirmation describes your purchase. Subscriptions, add-ons and instalments follow the price, duration and payment arrangements in the signed agreement. Later website price changes do not change a previously signed agreement.
Online payments are processed by the provider identified at checkout, such as Viva.com or Stripe. A payment is complete only after confirmation; returning to the website alone is not proof of payment.
3. Delivery and installation
Hardware is shipped within the Netherlands to the specified address or delivered and installed on site by arrangement. The delivery date, shipping costs and installation appointment are stated in your confirmation or agreed with you; this website does not promise a universal delivery period.
POS systems are supplied pre-installed and configured. Software access and account details are provided digitally; installation, activation and guidance follow your agreement. Ensure the agreed power, internet and network facilities are available at the installation location.
If delivery is delayed, we will inform you and arrange a new appointment. Contact us if a shipment is damaged, incomplete or missing. Your statutory rights concerning non-delivery remain unaffected.
4. Use, support and defects
Keep account credentials confidential and use the system lawfully. Report suspected unauthorised access to customer service promptly. Your business remains responsible for its products, prices, taxes and the lawfulness of the data it enters.
Report faults or defects with your order number and a description. We will assess repair, replacement or another appropriate solution with you. Manufacturer warranties do not limit statutory rights to conforming goods.
5. Cancellation, returns and termination
Our ‘Cancellation and returns’ policy forms part of these terms and distinguishes business purchases, consumer purchases, digital services and purchases from venues or organisers.
Business subscriptions follow the agreed term and termination arrangements. Contact us before returning hardware for the correct return address and handling; this does not restrict any statutory withdrawal right.
6. Privacy, complaints and governing law
Our privacy policy describes personal-data processing and security. Contact customer service first about complaints, identifying your order or agreement.
Our agreements are governed by Dutch law without excluding mandatory protections available to consumers under applicable law. This public information does not replace individual signed agreements.
