What does a POS system for hospitality cost?

At SmartPOSapp you pay a fixed amount per month per business, depending on the plan you choose, plus a preinstalled till set that you buy outright or pay off in monthly instalments. We set up the till for you and install it remotely or on site. See all plans and modules.

Are there start-up costs or a long commitment?

There are no hidden start-up costs: you order a plan and a till set straight away, and we set everything up for you. Monthly plans can be cancelled monthly; with yearly billing you pay upfront and the price per month is lower.

How many handhelds are included?

Every plan includes at least one handheld: your staff install the app with a QR code on their own phone. Extra handhelds cost a fixed amount per device per month, as listed per plan. Read more about handhelds and QR ordering.

Can I upgrade or downgrade later?

Yes. From the settings in the app you can request an upgrade or downgrade, or cancel the plan. Your data, products and floor plans stay in place.

How long before my till is ready to use?

After your order we fully set up the till set: products, categories, VAT rates and printers. Depending on the chosen delivery we install remotely or come on site, so you can start selling right away. Request a demo.

Can I buy a POS system in instalments with on-site installation?

Yes. With a yearly contract you pay for a complete till set — touchscreen till, cash drawer and receipt printer — in monthly instalments. We come on site to install the POS system, connect the receipt printer and set up your products, categories and VAT rates, so you can start selling immediately. See the hardware and installation.

What does a POS system cost per month in instalments?

The complete till set costs €995 as a one-off purchase. With a yearly contract you spread that amount over 12 monthly instalments, on top of your software plan. On-site installation and setting up your menu or product range are included. Order a till set now.
