What should I pay attention to when choosing a POS system?
First look at how you work: do you check out at a counter or at the table, how many checkout points do you have, and do staff take orders with a phone? Then decide which modules you need, such as kitchen display, reservations, QR ordering or accounting. Only once that's clear should you compare prices.
How many tills and handhelds do I need?
Count one till per fixed checkout point: bar, kitchen pass or counter. Use handhelds per service staff member working the floor at the same time. With SmartPOSapp one handheld is included with every plan; extra handhelds cost a fixed amount per month.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and downgrade or cancel from the settings at the end of the term. Your data, products and reports are kept.
Is the outcome of the selection guide binding?
