Bank feed and paying in one batch

Bank statements arrive automatically and you pay all suppliers at once with a payment file you upload in your own bank.

The problem: paying every invoice separately

Twenty suppliers means typing IBAN and amount twenty times, with room for mistakes. And then matching statements by hand.

How it works

  1. 1

    Connect your bank

Connect your account once via PSD2. The system can only read and never pay. Consent expires after 90 days.

  2. 2

    Read statements

Or upload a CAMT.053, MT940 or CSV file yourself.

  3. 3

    Create a batch

Select open invoices and download one SEPA file.

  4. 4

    Upload in your bank

Approve the payment in your own bank. The invoices are marked paid.

What you gain

  • All suppliers paid at once
  • No typing errors in IBAN or amount
  • You always control payments
  • Earlier batches can be downloaded again

Real-world example

Every Friday the owner selects invoices due next week, downloads one file and approves it in the banking app. Ten minutes instead of an hour.
