    Photograph a supermarket receipt or paper invoice with the receipt scanner. You can also upload several PDFs at once.

    AI reads everything

    Supplier, invoice number, date, due date, amounts excl. VAT, VAT per rate and individual lines are recognised automatically.

    You see the invoice next to the extracted data. If it's right, book it to the correct ledger in one click.

Can anyone email my invoice address?

The address contains a short code that can't be guessed, so spam and fake invoices practically never arrive. You also check every invoice before it's booked.

Which files are supported?

PDF, JPG and PNG. Several attachments in one email are each processed as a separate invoice.

What if the AI reads something wrong?

You correct the field before booking. Nothing is booked without your approval.
