Can I put treatments and retail products on one receipt?

Yes. You set up haircuts, colouring and blow-drying as items with their own price and put shampoo or styling products in a separate category. The receipt shows the treatment and product together, with the right VAT rate per line.

Does the system track what each customer has bought?

With the customer card you link a receipt to a customer. You see the visit history and any loyalty balance, so you know what was done last time at the next visit.

Can I sell gift cards for my salon?

Yes. You design your own card with your logo and a barcode, sell it at the till and scan it on redemption. Any remaining amount stays on the card for a future visit.

Can I see revenue per staff member?

Every staff member logs in with their own PIN. The daily report shows revenue per staff member and per treatment, and with time tracking the hours worked line up automatically.

What equipment do I need?

We supply a tablet, laptop or PC with the till already pre-installed. If you want to print receipts we connect a receipt printer; for gift cards and customer cards you use a regular barcode scanner.
