Frequently asked questions
Does SmartPOSapp work with a barcode scanner?
Yes. The scanner works as keyboard input, so any common USB or Bluetooth scanner works. Staff can also log in with a badge via the scanner or with a pin code.
Can I connect my accounting software?
Accounting is a module within the subscriptions, including a link to Exact Online. The pricing page shows which subscription includes the module.
Can I enter my own products?
Yes. You create categories, subcategories and items yourself with draggable tiles, your own colours, a VAT rate per item and optional images.
What happens if I want to stop?
You cancel monthly or downgrade to a lower subscription from your own settings. Your data remains available until you delete it yourself.
